Day 2 - after a crappy day at work, I couldn't find the motivation to really work out tonight. After running around to soccer pictures and football practice. I was worn out.
I check my bodybugg and I and just about right on for calorie intake, but I still had 450+ calories to burn today. In the goal of walking 10,000 steps per day, I was only at half of that. I have a plan for tomorrow. While my son is at football practice I can walk around the park. His practice is an hour so that should help with my walking goal.
Today I found myself walking to eat something, but I didn't really feel hungry. I just didn't know what to eat.
Well day 2 is over and I am looking forward to a better day 3.
